A bit about Exobyte
Rich Woods started programming games in the early 1980's at the beginning of the home computer craze. After spending two decades building and maintaining business software, he turned his game development hobby into a career, he founded Exobyte and became a full-time games developer.
Rich works on all aspects of the game development process including game design, project management, writing code, producing sound effects, making art assets, intellectual property and deciding on business strategy. In the course of his life, Rich has designed and created countless board games, role playing games and computer games. He says about this passion for games design: "There is an undefinable quality to gameplay that makes it an art. The best games have just the right amount of uncertainty, competition and surprise in them that makes the experience fun for everybody." Finding that perfect balance is Rich's goal. Jennifer comes from a background of business management, marketing and training. She uses all these abilities in her role at Exobyte games and also creates art assets, runs support and community engagement, leads on financial management and contributes to strategy and promotional campaigns. She is the primary point of contact for community support and always vigilant that we treat our customers with honesty and respect. |
